We're helping the Goshen community again with our annual Thanksgiving Food Drive. We're currently accepting donations in the office until November 17! When you donate, you will be entered to win a $100 Gift Card!

It's that time of year again! Today is the first day of school for Goshen Schools. We want to remind everyone to please be vigilant of kids in the parking lots while driving as they will be coming and going from school and waiting for the bus. Parents please remind children to be careful while waiting for the bus. We hope everyone has a great year!

The pool is officially OPEN!!!

A few reminders for the season:
1. Residents MUST be present with guests.
2. There is a MAX of 2 guests PER apartment. (Inside the pool gates, whether swimming or not)
3. No one under the age of 18 may swim without a guardian present.
4. No food, alcohol, glass, or pets are allowed in the gated pool area. This is an Elkhart County rule and MUST be followed.
5. Please ensure only proper swim wear is worn in the pool, including swim diapers for infants.
6. No speakers/music - the area is family oriented and must remain that way.

PLEASE HAVE FUN AND STAY SAFE!!!!

*Resident who disregard or are found to break rules risk having pool privileges revoked.
