Geoff is our broker of record,
he has more than 20 years experience as a Realtor and broker in Central Florida. Geoff also has many years experience in property management. Andy moved to Central Florida from the south east of England in 2017. He has 17 years of experience from the UK market. He is still the CEO of our UK sister company, Andrew & Co Estate Agents Ltd. Andrew & Co Estate Agents is a fast growing and highly rewarded UK agency with 5 offices and more than 20 full time staff. Bent first moved to Central Florida in 2002, but went to the UK in 2008 to help Andy start up Andrew & Co Estate Agents. He has extensive experience from the mortgage industry as a Director of Underwriting and Board Member of both mortgage brokerages and mortgage investment companies in Denmark and as a board member of Andrew & Co Estate Agents for more than 5 years.
