Main Job Duties:
* Responsible for weekly scheduling and task planning
* Working to maintain curb appeal, pleasant apartment homes, and a clean community
* Apartment turnovers-cleaning, prepping and repairing units to be move-in ready
* General Maintenance repairs consisting of; minor electrical, plumbing, construction, painting, appliance repair & general maintenance repairs, flooring. Carpet install a plus
* Landscaping/mowing lawns/grounds clean up and snow removal
*Renovating old houses.
Qualifications:
*Must live within 15 mins of Gouverneur, NY
* Painting and drywall a must (minimum 4 years' experience)
* General knowledge of tools
* Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs
* Resident focused, a self-starter and reliable team member
* Carpentry, plumbing, and electrical knowledge
* Strong organization and technical skills to service apartment units and property
* Valid driver's license and own transportation needed
*Have a great attitude and be a team player
*Have a professional appearance and approach
*Have integrity and the ability to work independently
