Mental health awareness is about more than just knowing the words. It is about noticing when you are overwhelmed, giving yourself permission to pause, and recognizing when it might be time to reach out for support.

1 in 5 adults in the U.S. experiences a mental health condition each year. You are not alone, even if it feels that way.

One simple brain break you can try today:
Pause for 60 seconds, put both feet on the ground, and take slow, deep breaths. Notice 5 things you can see, 4 things you can touch, 3 things you can hear. This helps reset your nervous system and bring you back to the present moment.

Kyle stayed cool through the entire process, even when we had a few things pop up after inspection that needed to be worked through. No stress, no chaos… just handled it and kept moving.🛠

Safe to say he and his girlfriend were the definition of “go with the flow” (which every agent appreciates more than you know 😅).
