Meet the Farquhars: A dynamic husband-and-wife real estate duo dedicated to helping clients achieve their property dreams. They understand the importance of communication and teamwork, ensuring seamless and stress-free transactions. Wendy was born and raised in Graham, TX, where she met Kirk at Possum Hollow on Possum Kingdom Lake. Kirk moved to the area after graduating from Ole Miss on a tennis scholarship to pursue a career in the oil business. They married in 1988 and lived in Graham for nine years before relocating to Midland, Texas, where Kirk was born and raised. During their 24 years in Midland, Kirk worked as a land manager while Wendy worked as a cosmetologist, all while raising their two children, Jamieson and Gracie. In 2019, they decided to embark on their real estate careers together, and in 2021, they felt called back to their roots at Possum Kingdom Lake. They feel incredibly blessed to live at Possum Kingdom Lake, close to Graham, where their journey began. Their mission is to "put the real in real estate," guided by the belief that the foundation of their lives—both personally and professionally—should be grounded in God’s greatest commandment: To love God with all your heart, soul, and mind, and to love your neighbor as yourself.
