This is good news. That heaviest rainfall area is all along the PK drainage area.

This map from the Weather Prediction Center displays possible rainfall totals through next Wednesday. If this forecast pans out, we could be looking at some pretty substantial amounts across the Permian Basin! 😯 Reminder, this forecast is subject to change.

Yes, there is a fire in Gaines Bend. Don't worry its one of our hay fields and its mostly out. PK volunteer Firefighters to the rescue. Nothing lost but a few bales of hay and some grass. We're all good here!
