Whew! Y’all this closing deserves a special post! The buyers had moved from the beach to be closer to family. Their rental home sprung a large leak which turned out to have been a long standing issue and a lot of black mold. Oh, and the wife was due any day with their second baby. Talk about timing! So in one weekend, we assisted in helping them pack and move out of the rental home and into a temporary AirBnB while she labored and delivered in Winston Salem. Needless to say, time was of the essence on this transaction; we all hit the ground running! In a short month, we placed offers on 3 different homes and they obviously weren’t meant to be. Then the buyers called this FSBO. We went to see the home and meet the sellers and it was PERFECT! From the sellers being amazing to work with, the home being well cared for and their desire to turn over a home full of love to a new family; it just felt meant to be. Oh and the Pool…amazing! Then our Movement Mortgage Team with Melia Modlin and Kyle May came in for a 21 day VA closing…FLAWLESS! Thank you to everyone involved in this transaction and to the buyers who seemed to like me enough that they spent nearly everyday with me, bless them!
