What an incredible three years it has been!!!

Some of the most beautiful growth happens when someone finds exactly where God can use their gifts. For Miranda, we’ve had the privilege of watching that unfold from the very beginning. She started her real estate career with Agape as one of our first agents, and since then, she has built a beautiful career, opened the doors to our Graham office on America’s Largest Downtown Square, and become such a meaningful part of the community she loves.

To look back at where Miranda started and see the growth that has taken place, both personally and professionally, is pretty incredible. To know Jamie and Teddy West is to LOVE Jamie and Teddy West. I officially have a new name for Jamie, Jamie Ray, because she radiates joy and is a pure ray of sunshine everywhere she goes! ☀️

For over a year, Jamie has been driving back and forth from Electra to Graham, and I know it has been HARD on her and Ted. To finally say they are HOME and planting their roots in Graham makes me SO happy. Our community and GISD is so blessed to have you BOTH and I am so excited for this new season!

Kandy Hale Maberry and the Neudorfs, who I also adore, made this such a SMOOTH transaction from beginning to end. GREAT people on all sides!!!

♠️♥️♣️♦️ Open House Poker Run today was SO much fun with my sweet family!

THIS picture is why I got into this business.

A job where I can bring my family along with me. Where my boys get to see mom working, but we still get to be together while I do so.

They made me so incredibly proud today.
We had quite the crowd come through today, which was so awesome. I was busy showing people around the house, and Lincoln took it upon himself to walk other buyers around the house while Bowen and Dad held down the lemonade stand that Mendy Payne Hill provided for them!

Today was a really SWEET day. My family beside me, a house full of people, and a happy seller!

So thankful I get to call this my “job”. ❤️

Congratulations, Cowan & Alyssa, on your very first home!!! 👏❤️🏡

This transaction was FULL of God winks that reminded us He is in control and His hand is in every single detail that isn’t stopping at the closing table!

This is exactly why I love and do what I do. It's so much more than buying and selling houses. It's getting to walk alongside people as they step into a new season of life and seeing the Lord work in ways none of us could have planned!

I'm so excited for y'all and all that's ahead. This is just the beginning of some really, really big things. Welcome home, sweet friends!

1309 Cliff Dr. is officially closed!

Cameron & Mia have been with me since the beginning, so getting to help them purchase their new home has been SO special. They make my job FUN!

We looked at several homes over the past year, and there were definitely times we wondered when the right one would come along. Waiting wasn’t easy, but it was 100% worth it. This house just feels like HOME and I couldn’t be happier for this precious family!
