That monthly payment you see online might look great… But is it accurate?? 👀🏡

Online calculators can be a helpful place to start, but they may not account for things like your actual down payment, property taxes, homeowners insurance, or PMI if applicable.

And suddenly that “$2,000/month” payment doesn’t look quite so much like $2,000. 😬💰

Before you start falling in love with houses based on an online estimate, talk with a loan officer who can run the numbers based on YOUR situation and how to get the most bang for your buck in our current market, regardless of current interest rates. 📊

Because knowing what you can comfortably afford isn’t just about the purchase price — it’s about knowing what that monthly payment will really look like. 🏡❤️

Anyone can put a home on the market… but the right team is thinking about everything that happens before buyers ever walk through the door. 👀

The staging, pre-packing tips, the little details that will save you thousands - the honest conversations, the planning, the “hey, have you thought about this?” moments - those are the moments that can make a stressful process feel a whole lot smoother. 🙌

Real estate is more than contracts and closing dates. It’s learning the goal, and then becoming the GPS for our clients to make it to the finish line (and hopefully having a few laughs and no broken body parts along the way 😂).

What a milestone!! I know this means much more than getting to the finish line - This is about new beginnings, healing, strength and a true testament of your perseverance!! I know I basically forced my friendship on you (😅) but I had no idea just how lucky I was to find such a dedicated and amazing client, who turned into a friend...who turned into family! Watching your rise over the last year has been one of my favorite things to see. You're such a light in this world and I love seeing how happy you already are in your new chapter. Thanksgiving WON'T be the same without you on our flag football team.... but don't worry, my solid skills and coordination will hold it down in your absence (🤪🙄🤣).

In all seriousness, I know certain aspects of this journey didn't make it easy on you - but we are beyond grateful that you chose us to fight for you to get to the finish line!
