We all do it. Before hiring a company, we head straight to Google to check their reviews. And why wouldn't we? A company with hundreds of 5-star reviews MUST be great, right?

Here's something many consumers don't realize:
⭐ Friends, family members, and just about anyone with a Google account can leave a positive review for a business, even if they've never actually used its services.
⭐ Some businesses use reputation management services that encourage happy customers to post public reviews while directing unhappy customers toward private feedback instead.
⭐ That means a nearly perfect Google rating doesn't always tell the entire story.

Before hiring ANY company, take a few extra minutes to compare their reviews across multiple platforms, including Yelp, Google, and the BBB.
Yelp uses automated systems to identify and filter reviews it considers less reliable. While no review platform is perfect, comparing multiple sources can give you a much clearer picture of a company's reputation.
