His duties include overseeing day to day operations, coordinating renovations with vendors, engineers and tenants. Timothy also advertises properties, screens applicants, executes leases, maintain tenants relationships while collecting and documenting over $600,000 a year in revenue. Timothy specializes in the sale of residential properties, leasing and managing single family and multifamily income properties.
