Y ese momento llegó.

Hoy este condo de 2 recámaras y 2 baños, ubicado en planta baja y con estacionamiento para 2 autos, está esperando a su nuevo dueño.

Y después de tantas visitas durante estos meses, hay algo que siempre me produjo la misma sensación al llegar: tranquilidad.

La tranquilidad del edificio, la seguridad del área y esa combinación tan difícil de encontrar en Los Ángeles: estar cerca de DTLA, de los freeways y de todo lo necesario para la vida diaria y, al mismo tiempo, poder llegar a casa y sentir que el ritmo cambia.

Además, tiene algo que quienes están buscando condo saben valorar muy bien: una HOA realmente accesible.

Quizás por todo lo que hubo que recorrer para llegar hasta acá, hoy me da una satisfacción especial verlo finalmente listo.

Ahora ya no nos toca a nosotros escribir el próximo capítulo.
