Bought this one exactly as it sat - full of stuff, overgrown and ready for a new start!

But before construction began, an off market buyer wanted it as their dream home and bought it from us.
Real estate is awesome... making win-win-win deals for everyone involved!

We couldn't be happier for the new owner and love the fact they are sending us their fun ideas! Excited to see their vision come to life 🙌

*MEET THE TEAM*

Jen Jayroe is our Operations Manager or our "air traffic controller." She is your point of contact from the time you sign your contract getting it to the finish line. Jen works on all of your paperwork in the background with title, keeps track of deadlines, and answers any questions you have along the way.

Once we own a property, Jen puts on a project manager hat and works with our contractors and vendors on all of our flips, getting those beautiful before and after transformations we all love like the one pictured here!
