Wendy is a Native Texan who grew up on a farm in a small Texas town.

Wendy R**e is a Granbury, Texas REALTOR® and the Broker/Owner of Magnolia Realty Granbury, with 20 over years of experience and sold more than 160 homes, leads a team of 12 Realtors and they have won Best of Hood County in 2025 and countless 5.0 reviews During those formatable years on the farm, her parents instilled in her the value of hard work, honesty, integrity and the tenacity to succeed and accomplish her goals. Growing up in a small town she learned the importance of what it meant to be a part of a community, taking care of your family, neighbors and building lifelong friendships. In 2004, Wendy alongside her husband Darren they relocated to the picturesque community of Granbury, Texas. With a passion for real estate and dedication to service, in 2006 Wendy formally made the official leap into a new real estate career and loved it from the start. Eager to expand her expertise and leadership in the industry, in 2012 Wendy also obtained her Real Estate Broker’s license. Magnolia Realty, which was founded by Chip and Joanna Gaines began the expansion of their real estate division in 2017. The first real estate office outside of Waco was in Granbury, Texas and that is when Wendy first joined brokerage as a realtor. Her journey progressed, and in 2019, she leveraged the opportunity to ascend to the position of Broker for the Granbury office. Wendy's trajectory continued, and by 2020, she distinguished herself further by acquiring a franchise of Magnolia Realty, thus becoming the Broker and Owner of the Granbury office which she is still currently the Broker | Owner. Upon assuming the role of Broker and Owner, Wendy has cultivated great pride in the operations of her real estate office. She is aware that their clients are the cornerstone of everything they do. Why I love Pecan Plantation | Granbury, TX

If you've driven down Fall Creek Highway toward the front gate, you know Pecan Plantation feels like its own little town. It's one of the most unique communities in Granbury, and I have a Brazos River home for sale there right now.

Harbor Lakes | Granbury, TX

If you've ever driven down Waters Edge Drive off Hwy 377, you've seen a glimpse of Harbor Lakes. It's one of my favorite Granbury neighborhoods to show, and right now I have two homes for sale there.

Harbor Lakes is a gated golf course community on Lake Granbury, built around an 18-hole championship course where several holes run along the water. Residents can golf, play pickleball, walk the neighborhood, head to the clubhouse for dinner, or launch the boat at the community ramp. Many people here get around by golf cart.

What I like most is the variety. You'll find lakefront homes with private docks, newer single-story homes, and low-maintenance townhomes in The Vineyards at Harbor Lakes. That makes it a good fit whether you want a full-time home, a lake house, or a lock-and-leave place you can close up when you travel. It's zoned to Granbury ISD and only minutes from Historic Granbury Square.
