I almost paid $800 more for our Destin condo because I was going to book through VRBO like I always do. I have seen a few ads for and checked out their website. I found the exact same place for way less!!

This closing feels extra special☺️

Tony and Kaitlyn have been clients and friends for years. Last year, we put their home on the market with hopes of moving into their next chapter, but things didn’t go as planned. The home they had under contract slipped away, and after some disappointment, we decided to take a step back and trust the process.

Fast forward to January, and they purchased 5 acres where they could build the dream home they had always wanted. Monday, we officially closed on the sale of 9012 Parkview, which means they’re one step closer to finishing that dream.

This journey is a reminder that God’s timing is always better than ours. What felt like a setback last year was really setting the stage for something even better.

Thank you, Tony and Kaitlyn, for trusting me through every step of the journey. I can’t wait to see your dream home come to life!!❤️🏡

🎉 CLOSING DAY 🎉

So excited for Mackenzie and Trey as they officially became homeowners today! 🏡🔑

When Mackenzie first reached out to me, they were thinking about buying land and building. After talking through all of their options and visiting with Nanci Helton about financing, they realized that buying a home that was already built made the most sense for them right now.

Not long after, we found this beautiful new build by PG Construction in Tolar. The home was still in the framing stage, which gave them the opportunity to make it their own by picking out paint colors, tile, and granite. Today they got the keys to a home that already feels uniquely theirs! 🤍

A huge thank you to Kaitlyn Hernandez for sending Mackenzie my way. Referrals from past clients are the biggest compliment and I’m so thankful for them!
