You don't need to be "ready to move". Some of ya'll need somewhere to put your money other than a savings account earning basically nothing.

✨Why is that GOOD news?
▪️For someone looking for a rental property? That's leverage. More options, more room to negotiate, sellers who are actually willing to talk numbers instead of laughing you out of the room. And really, right now is the time to get a heck of a deal...or 5! I know people doing it!

If you've got equity sitting in your current home, cash sitting in a savings account doing nothing, or you've just always had that "someday I'll buy a rental" thought in the back of your head, we need to CHAAATTTTTT!!

People ask me all the time what a normal day in real estate looks like. Honestly? There isn't one. There's no 9 to 5 in this business, there's just the next conversation, the next driveway, the next family trying to figure out if this is "the house."
This year our word is Steady, Guide. Not scheduled. Not clocked in and out. Steady, because the people we serve need someone who shows up the same way every time, whenever they need us. Guide, because that's the whole job, walking alongside people through one of the biggest decisions they'll make.
So no, there's no 5:00 in this job. There's just the next driveway. And I wouldn't trade it.
