Kat became a friend through the process of buying our home. She’s a warm, sincere person that makes one feel they are her only client. Her happy demeanor and personality made an otherwise grueling process comfortable and rewarding. It was a pleasure working with her and I would recommend her to friends at the drop of a hat.

Kat really listened and understood what we were looking for in our home and made sure we were able to find exactly what we were looking for. When there was a last minute hiccup with insurance, she was right there to find us a local professional to help us and insure a smooth and timely close.

Kat Flower was great! She kept us informed on every step of selling our old house to buying our new one. She was there at closing and made sure we understood everything were signing. She was very knowledgeable and had a wonderful personality.
