Real estate is an interesting industry, and this is a different market than it was a few years ago.
Conversations with both buyers and sellers can be difficult. And I don't always get to say things that will make them happy.
But that's okay, because when i'm your agent, my fiduciary responsibility is only to you. That means I put your needs at the top, and mine don't count.
That might mean missing out on a sale.
That might mean I miss a paycheck that I could have made if I didn't tell you the truth.
But that's truly the only way to last with a clean conscience.
I may not pull the biggest numbers but I've got the most loyal clientele who trusts their friends and family with me.
