You know how I can tell Spring is on its way? Showings!! All the showings.

I get asked a lot, "How can you do so many showings at once?!"

My answer: Planning and strategy. I make a list, I compile any notes from texts,emails, notes from the lender and I always view all of the MLS and disclosure information before I step foot into a house. And then, during showings I bring out my scribe skills and write down every little comment either myself or my client make about the house so we don't forget anyone important.

Fun fact: My one day max is currently set at 12. 😱
