A bit of a setback this week with mortgage rates jumping back to near 6.5%. Despite this, housing demand remains strong - it's inventory that's the problem! That's why I'm looking forward to the typical spring ramp-up in new listings.

I keep saying not to keep waiting. That goes for sellers and buyers. The closer to spring we get the more situations like this that buyers will encounter. Its never easy letting someone know that the sellers picked another offer. And sellers, if 3 or 4 homes in your neighborhood go up for sale at the same time you may not get 12-15 showings over a weekend and multiple offers when more homes are available. Call me for any information or advice and to get started with a plan!
