It's official !!!

Greenberg Realty welcomes Richie Lays! Richie is born and raised in Schaumburg, Illinois. He came to Grand Forks to attend college at UND. He was a member of Sigma Nu fraternity and played football for UND. Richie had previously worked in the home construction industry as a marble and granite wholesaler. Richie is married to Andrea, and has 3 girls; Ellie, Sophie and Rosie.

"I became very interested in home remodeling and real estate through my experiences in the home construction industry. I have been interested in real estate since I was a child, when my parents would take me on the Parade of Homes. I have several personal experiences with buying and selling homes and property, and this has instilled in me a desire to help others have a great experience with their real estate transaction.
