Appraisal vs. Inspection — What’s the Difference?

These two are often confused during the home buying process, but they serve very different purposes👇

🔍 Home Inspection
An inspection checks the condition of the home. Inspectors look at things like the roof, foundation, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and more to help buyers understand potential repairs or issues.

💰 Appraisal
