🚨 The 50-year mortgage is trending… and opinions are flying.

Sure, lower monthly payments sound great — but if it takes 10 years to build $11K in equity, is it really worth it? 🤔 Especially here in Grand Forks, where most folks don’t stay in the same house for 50 years anyway.

This could open doors for more buyers — or trap people in loans they can’t grow out of. Depends on how you look at it.
