🍂 Rake ’em up! The City of Grand Forks’ fall vacuum leaf collection kicks off Monday, October 19th, and runs through Friday, November 13th!

Did you know? Collected leaves help insulate clay piles at the Grand Forks landfill, allowing the clay to be used throughout the winter. 🍂

A few reminders before you tackle the yard:
🍁 Place loose leaves within 3 feet of the curb, but out of the street.
🍁 Keep piles at least 3 feet away from trees, mailboxes, poles, and other obstacles.
🍁 Leave the bags behind—bagged leaves will not be picked up.
Crews will make at least two complete passes through the city. You can also haul your leaves to Grand Forks drop-off sites.

The final hour, 2:30–3:30 PM, is reserved for families of children with sensory issues who struggle with noise and crowds. Non-food treats will also be available.
