While everyone would love to see lower rates, waiting for the "perfect" interest rate could mean missing out on the right home and building equity. Sometimes the best move is making the move when the opportunity is in front of you.

St Joseph kicked off another season of FREE summer lunch this week for kids and teens 0-18 years. When school is out, many families face challenges providing consistent nutritious meals for their children. St. Joseph's helps fill that need by offering free lunches to local kids, making a meaningful difference in our community.
In the real estate industry, we believe being part of a community means more than helping people buy and sell homes—it means giving back and supporting our neighbors whenever we can. 🏡 A big thank you to Crary Realtor/Leah Bjur, Jonathon Betting/First Class Mortgage and Jeff Green/North Star Inspections, for volunteering their time this week to help serve meals in the park. 🙌
