Final walk throughs before closing……some are great 🤩 and some not so great! 🫤
Yesterday we were completing a final walk through and noticed a hard, purple chunk stuck to the carpet. I made a quick phone call, the decision was made to use a knife to cut the carpet just underneath the hard piece. Buyer was happy with how it turned out and onward to closing we went!
At the end of the day, it’s really all about solving problems and making sure clients are happy! 🩷
