Pay: $48,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year

Job description:

As our Maintenance Technician you would ensure all of our properties are well maintained. This includes both preventative maintenance tasks, as well as responding to maintenance emergencies that arise. Our Maintenance Technicians are resourceful, hardworking, and great at applying common sense solutions.

Our ideal candidate would have building maintenance experience. Be friendly, knowledgeable, and dedicated to getting the job done. The existing maintenance staff works together and depends on one another. Job duties include just about anything you can imagine from changing a light bulb to basic plumbing.

On call rotation is mandatory and highly compensated above the standard rate. Overtime is rare. Pay is provided if you are needed longer hours during a time that you are not on call.

You would have the use of a company vehicle and company tools. No need to bring your own. You would also be provided with general work clothing.

Other benefits include 100% paid dental insurance and 80% paid health insurance.

Willing to train the right person.

Pay is negotiable.
