For the past several years, I’ve worn two hats — Realtor and Transaction Coordinator — and my days were filled with constant task management, deadlines, and keeping all the moving pieces together.
As my real estate business continues to grow, balancing both roles has become more challenging, and I recently made the decision to step away from the transaction coordinator side of my business.
It’s exciting… and honestly, a little strange. When you’re used to juggling nonstop, slowing down enough to ask yourself “What do I focus on now?” feels like a mindset shift all on its own.
I’ve always been an excellent time manager, but this next season is less about managing tasks and more about building relationships, growing my business intentionally, and creating space for bigger goals.
