🎩✨🏰 Extraordinary Estate Listing Alert! 🏰✨🎩Medendorp real Medendorp Real Estate Group

Are you ready for a splash into history with a twist of high-flying luxury? Presenting the once-clandestine "Whiskey Baron's Waterfront Chateau," a riveting new listing smack-dab in the heart of Oceana County's most private lake!

For a gulp-worthy $1.4 million, this isn't just any old mansion - it's 27 acres of wooded wonderland with a shoreline house that tells a tale of mischief and riches. Built by a family whose whisky stills ran as smoothly as their underground operations in the Roaring '20s, this property is steeped in Prohibition-era mystique.

And get this - their wealth didn't just go into solid ground investments. They soared to literal new heights with a custom seaplane, because why let water limit your takeoffs and landings? For generations, the sprawling estate was the jewel of a legacy that would make even Gatsby green with envy.

But the plot thickens! After the passing of the pioneering patriarch, the fourth-gen heirs are ready to pass the torch. Or should we say, pass the propeller? That's right, the pride and gearing up for a swift departure!

Feature Highlights:
✅ 1920s architecture with modern love for large, sun-drenched windows offering panoramic views of your private Eden.
✅ A stately tower, because watching over your domain needs a touch of medieval flair.
✅ Spitfire-scalloped walkways and a regal turret to perfect your royal wave.
✅ Sufficient acreage for fox hunts, secret garden soirées, or perhaps a rendezvous with destiny?

Hurry, this offer is as fleeting as the era of flappers and fedoras! Dive into the nostalgia, secure the legacy, and take flight to a life less ordinary with the Whiskey Baron's Waterfront Chateau.

Disclaimer: While this offer is more thrilling than an illegal speakeasy, please note this April Fool's extravaganza is as real as the Loch Ness Monster's daily tea time with Bigfoot. Interested parties should bring their sense of humor to the table but leave their checkbooks at home. 🎩✨

Happy April Fool’s Day! (And just to clarify, this fantastical listing is a work of fiction and there is no actual sale at the mentioned price. Always consult with a professional real estate agent for genuine listings.)

NAR Realtor Payment

👇Amazes me!
I have worked an average of 62 hours a week for 1600 weeks and never took more than two days off with no work. My clients expect me to answer the phone.
There is a lot of talk in the news about real estate agent commissions. Realtors and Lenders LOVE what they do, and they do it because they LOVE helping people, but there is almost always a significant misconception about what they do and how they get paid. It's not a secret, so here you go...😊. In no other industry does the consumer ask the service provider to give up their paycheck to help them either!
A REALTOR does not get paid an hourly wage or salary, and they only get paid if they sell a home and it closes. They can only get paid by broker to broker. As an agent, you could work with someone for days, weeks, months, or years with no guarantee of a sale ever.
Essentially, they wake up each day unemployed, going on Job Interviews, and they deal with constant rejection. They dedicate time away from family, use their time gas, pay for babysitters, miss dinner and weekends, and rarely take vacations. They are on 24/7!
It would help if you constantly were on, or you could miss an opportunity. Once they do close a home, there are upfront expenses that must be paid out before they can get paid:
Broker Splits and Fees
Office rent and utilities
MLS Fees
NAR Fees
Local Association Fees
E&O Business Insurance
Extended Auto Insurance
Self-Employment Tax
State Licensing Fees
Advertising Fees
Showing Service Fees
Website Fees
Assistant's Salaries
Showing partners
Transaction coordinator
Yard Signs
Photographers
Videographers
Office Supplies
Business Cards
Property Flyers
Electronic Lockboxes
Continued RE Education
Legal Fees
Gas
Income taxes are not taken out so they have to put that aside around 25-30%.
Don’t forget health insurance if you don’t have a spouse who provides it.
