WE’RE HIRING — HARDSCAPE / LANDSCAPE CREW LEAD

B-Cubed Property Services is continuing to grow, and we’re looking for another experienced person to add to our field team.

We specialize in retaining walls, patios, custom staircases, outdoor living, grading, landscaping, and excavation throughout the Grand Haven / Spring Lake area.

We’re ideally looking for someone with 2–3+ years of hardscape, landscape construction, or crew leadership experience. This is not intended to be an entry-level position.

We’re looking for someone who can work alongside and help lead a crew, understand grades and elevations, operate equipment, build hardscape correctly, make cuts, read layouts, solve problems in the field, and take pride in the finished product.

The goal is to find someone who can grow into being handed a truck, equipment, a crew, and a project and keep that job moving without needing constant supervision.

Pay is based on experience and ability, with earning potential up to $30/hr for a proven crew lead.

We’re a growing company with a lot of opportunity for somebody who wants to take on responsibility and grow with us long term.

I wanted to take this opportunity to introduce the team behind B-Cubed Property Services. I'm Bode, and together with our hardworking crew, supportive family, and great customers, we are what B-Cubed Property Services is today.

We are a locally owned and operated landscape, hardscape, and excavation company proudly serving Grand Haven, Spring Lake, Muskegon, and the surrounding West Michigan area. Over the last several years, we've grown from a small startup into a company focused on transforming outdoor spaces and helping homeowners bring their visions to reality.

I was born and raised right here in West Michigan and started B-Cubed with a simple goal: provide quality work, communicate honestly, and treat every project like it was our own property. What began with landscape maintenance and smaller projects has grown into retaining walls, patios, drainage solutions, excavation, grading, shoreline improvements, hydroseeding, and complete landscape renovations.

We take pride in doing things the right way, not the easy way. Whether we're building a patio, correcting drainage issues, restoring a property, or constructing a retaining wall, our goal is always the same: create something that lasts and something our customers are proud of.
