My advice is if you don’t NEED to move, you’re happy in your home and it fits your needs, maybe wait and see what happens. But if you NEED to buy..you’re currently renting, outgrowing your home, have overgrown your home etc then what are you waiting for? Rates to go up? If they come down, refinance! Sharing this today with the storm in full effect. WNY has received large amounts of snow overnight and more to come in the next 48 hours. Homeowners make sure you check your high efficiency furnace and water heater exhaust and intakes. If these pipes become snow covered your furnace and water heater can’t exhaust harmful gases or receive proper combustion air.

As the storm continues to drop record snow across the WNY area damage to your home may occur. Contact Guardsman Home Inspections for a post storm inspection. Heavy snow on the roof can damage structural components that a trained inspector will find. A combination of snow, rain and inefficient insulation can lead to ice jamming. Guardsman Home Inspections can inspect for damage and provide valuable insight as to how to prevent ice jamming from occurring.

When I met these clients they had a home to get ready to sell and needed to find just the right thing for them to officially own together and that would work for mom too! After working hard over a couple weeks to get their house show ready, we listed and started our home search! We ended up finding the perfect multi family home in Cheektowaga, submitted an offer and after accepting an offer on their current home that night, found out ours was accepted the very next day! Talk about timing! I believe everything happens for a reason, life is very much about being in the right place at the right time and meeting the right people. I’m so glad they found my number, called me that day and that all the pieces fell into place for them. They are so so happy in their new home, working hard to make it their own and I consider them more than clients, they have become friends ❤️ They even surprised me with the sweetest thank you gifts!! I love my job and wonderful experiences like this just make me so excited to meet more clients that I can soon call friends too 😁
