Oak Creek Quail out of Dannebrog will be bringing fresh quail eggs to the market, giving shoppers a chance to try something a little different and locally raised. These beautiful little speckled eggs are packed with flavor and have become a favorite for everything from breakfast dishes and charcuterie boards to unique recipes and healthy snacks.

We love the variety our vendors are bringing to the market, and Oak Creek Quail is such a fun addition to our very first lineup!

Prairie District is taking shape on the west side of Highway 281 in Our Town. “This is a planned development,” RIZER Construction developer Scott Rief said. “Really, it’s kind of creating our Disney. How do we create this perfect neighborhood with the housing and the apartments, but also create a downtown area?”

Two separate developments — Prairie District and Prairie Commons — but one shared goal: elevating the quality of life in Grand Island.
