Saturday, May 14th is the target date for the 2nd annual Queen Bess Crawfish Boil! We have requested HOA approval and are awaiting the green light for usage of the basketball court, as well as possible funding. Our first ticket was closed without a response, so hoping we will get a response from them soon. Hoping to have 400lbs of crawfish and will need 4-5 cooks. Would love to host a band if anyone has a recommendation! Here are a few pictures from last year success!

We are talking about a 2nd Annual Queen Bess Community Crawfish boil May 7th at the basketball courts. I have submitted a ticket in for some funds to use. We would need some help to cook. This is Mother’s Day weekend. Will this date work or should we push is back a week?
