More homes. More choice. A changing market.

Mesa County’s residential market slowed in August, but prices remained resilient as available inventory reached a significant milestone.

🏠 230 homes sold: Down 14.5% year over year
💰 $427,450 median sales price: Up 6.9%
📍 1,022 active listings: Up 24.3%
📅 65 median days on market: Up 10.2%

This is the first time Mesa County has ended a month with more than 1,000 active listings since October 2016. While we remain below the inventory level typically associated with a balanced market, buyers now have more choices and sellers face more competition.

Over the next few weeks, we will explain what these numbers mean, including why the median price rose despite fewer sales and how conditions differ by area and price range.

Excellent day!
Floor time at Bray for the first time in a month with back to school shenanigans. Wrote new contracts and cleaned my office!
Met some amazing new clients that walked in today 🥰🥰 wanting to buy and sell.
Cleaned my “closet” that is really a bedroom of clothes🤪😉🤣
Husband surprised me with 🍕. My favorite. Pizza Amore for the win!🏆
Cauliflower crust and yes that is pineapple, my favorite with pepperoni, ham and Kalamata olives. 😋
