🚨 UPDATE 10:40 a.m. (6/8/26): The credit card machine at the CRC Membership Sales Trailer is back up and running. Community members can now purchase memberships at both the CRC Memberships Sales Trailer and the Parks and Recreation Office at Lincoln Park.

UPDATE 9:33 a.m. (6/8/26): The credit card machine at the CRC Membership Sales Trailer is currently down. To purchase a membership today, please visit the Parks and Recreation Office at Lincoln Park (1340 Gunnison Ave). The Membership Sales Trailer is expected to resume normal operating hours tomorrow, Tuesday, June 9.

Today is the big day! Membership sales and facility rentals are available for purchase at the Community Recreation Center (CRC) starting at 9 a.m.

The CRC is expected to open later this year. Stop by the CRC at 2836 Recreation Way and follow the signs on the fences for the Memberships Sales Trailer. The trailer is open Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-12 p.m. & 1-4 p.m.

This week the median list price for 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐂𝐎 𝟖𝟏𝟓𝟎𝟏 𝐢𝐬 $𝟒𝟐𝟓,𝟎𝟎𝟎 with the market action index hovering around 44. This is an increase over last month's market action index of 43. Inventory has decreased to 46.
