All of my closings are special to me, each in their own way. This one takes the cake πŸŽ‚ It's not every day I get to help my one and only kid buy his 1st home. I had the honor of helping my son Jake and my daughter in law Erica buy their 1st home. They have quite a time-line set for 2026. 1st Erica graduated with her Bachelor's degree in elementary education from CMU in May. They wanted to buy a home by June-July βœ”οΈ they made that happen, we closed on it today. They will be getting married in October, and Jake
will graduate in December with his bachelor's degree in construction management. To say I'm a proud mom is an understatement, I'm super proud of them and excited for their future. I love you both. Love mom
