The number one real estate question I'm asked is "How's the market?"

The answer is... It's WEIRD! But we are finally seeing some balance in the market.

Interest rates have started coming back down and a lot of buyers who were on the fence are getting back into the game. We are starting to see multiple offer situations again, but not to the extent that it was a year or two ago.

Folks have been hesitant to sell in the last couple years because of a fear of not being able to find their dream home after they sell. And a lot of buyers have been beat up by the market with the crazy competition we've seen.

We are finally seeing a consistent plateau in home prices here in Grand Junction. Haven't seen property values go down (and don't necessarily expect to) but it seems we are finally past the point where homes sell just above the supported market value.

This time I'm the one making the move!

This week I bid farewell to Coldwell Banker. It was a great place to learn and grow in my first 2 years as a REALTOR®, but I am excited to announce that I have made a move to RONIN Real Estate Professionals!
