5.0 star review received on Experience.com for Nicole Sears by Scott C - Nicole came into the office on July 3rd, during the holiday weekend, to meet with us and get us prequalified before we began looking at homes that day. From the beginning, she was generous with her time and very responsive.
I tend to be extremely detailed when reviewing contracts, loan documents, and numbers, and Nicole was gracious and patient with every question and concern I raised. She never made the process feel rushed and took the time to make sure I understood what I was reviewing.
We also experienced multiple closing delays. Nicole had secured a very competitive rate for us and worked through those delays while keeping that locked rate in place.
Her communication was excellent throughout the process, and we always felt she was accessible and engaged. We are very appreciative of everything Nicole did to help get us successfully to closing and would absolutely recommend her.
