I would like to highlight a massive sale commercial land sale over the week: a 26.202-acre vacant lot just sold for a whopping $11,984,240 right here on 24 Road in Grand Junction! 🏞️ This is a massive deal and it's sure to have a significant impact on the area.

While the future of this prime location is still under wraps, this massive sale appears to be to WinCo Foods, which is a wholesale food store similar to Costco and Sam's Club! I wish I had an answer with more information, but it appears to have limited information. WinCo now appears to own 39.3 acres at the SW corner of 24 road roundabouts. Stay tuned for more updates as we learn what’s in store for this incredible piece of land. πŸ—οΈ
