Happy closing day to two of the kindest people to walk the earth. What an honor it was to represent you in your property sale, and even more so to come to know you both as my friends 🖤 This was a long time coming, and took collaboration, patience, and grit. And let’s be honest, the ability to laugh at the frustrating things that are out of our control was a skill that we mastered together! Here’s what you didn’t see behind the scenes:

• Three contracts, two of which where the buyer had a contingent property that didn’t sell in time.
• Three home inspections - if you’ve ever bought or sold real estate, you know these can be stressful.
