Nobody tells first-time buyers this before buying in Texas… and it can cost you 👀

1️⃣ Property taxes here are no joke. No state income tax sounds great… until you realize property taxes can heavily impact your monthly payment.

2️⃣ Appraisal ≠ inspection. One protects the lender. The other protects YOU. Never confuse the two.
