Looking for an energetic Leasing Agent looking to promote to Property Assistant Manager for the Grand Prairie, Texas area. We have 2 open positions for immediate hire. Ideal candidate must have apartment industry experience and must absolutely have OneSite experience. Quarterly bonuses and full medical benefits plus a 30% rent discount if needed.

Duties include but are not limited to:

* Leasing of apartments by touring available units and community

* Creating and executing leases

* Keep up with records in OneSite software

* Update online advertisement, social media, and marketing as needed

* Help prospective tenants and current residents

*Assist property manager in day to day operations, such as maintaining renters insurance, property inspections, proper payment posting, etc.
