🚽🔧 MAINTENANCE TIP OF THE WEEK! 🔧🚽

💧 Is your toilet running... and running... and running? 🏃‍♂️💨

A constantly running toilet can waste gallons of water, but sometimes the fix is easier than you think!

Before submitting a maintenance request, try these quick tips:

✅ Check the flapper! Make sure it's sealing properly at the bottom of the tank.

✅ Check the chain! If it's tangled or too tight, it may be keeping the flapper open.

✅ Check the float! If the water level is too high, water may continuously flow into the overflow tube.

🎥 Watch this quick video to see how it's done!
