I had a recent inspection where the highest floor in the house was not cooling down with the ac running nonstop. The reason? Poor ventilation... every roof vent was mostly covered by shingles like this causing heat to buildup in the attic. Thankfully, a simple fix and another good reason not to waive the home inspection.
