Life has been busy, but I’m excited to share some great news!

My seller’s home went pending in just 1 day — sold as-is, while many homes are still sitting on the market. The right strategy makes all the difference!

Some closings just hit different—this was one of them.

My client just became a first-time homeowner, closing on a 3 bed, 1 bath home sitting on over an acre of land…all for under $200K!

We needed a property that checked a lot of boxes: space for a growing family and long-term rental potential. After searching hard, we found the one—and locked it in at the right price.

Huge shoutout to Amanda Murphy at Nexa Mortgage. Thanks to her, we used a 0% down FHA loan plus seller concessions…which meant my client actually walked away from closing with $300 back in his pocket.

Another One Closed! My clients got PAID to buy a home! 🎉👏🏽

These brothers came to me ready to start their real estate journey by purchasing a multi-family property and house hacking. They interviewed multiple realtors, but after hearing my strategy and process, they chose to work with me! 💪🏽

Once we got to work, we knew we needed the perfect deal. We found a duplex that had been sitting on the market, needing just a few cosmetic touch-ups. By negotiating below asking price AND securing 5% in seller concessions, we set them up for success from day one!

One perk of having your real estate license is being able to represent yourself 😊. That’s exactly what we did for the purchase of our first investment property! This deal had some unexpected challenges but we were able to put a deal together that worked for us and the seller. Negotiating down the price and including seller concessions! Now it’s onto the renovations!

Also a big shout out to our lender Bryant Ellam at . He always keeps the lines of communication open and answers all our questions. I would highly recommend him!
