Yes, I get asked pretty frequently if I watch Selling Sunset, House Hunters, and all the other real estate shows. 😂

The answer is YES. Absolutely!

Note: My all time favorite episode is actually from Selling the Hamptons. (The broker had his wife’s pink socks on so wouldn’t take off his shoes 😂)

Are they realistic?

Ehhhh… not always. 😂

Real estate in the real world involves a whole lot more than touring a few beautiful homes, picking a favorite, and heading to closing. There are inspections, lender requirements, closing costs, county-specific requirements, negotiations, financing, due diligence, problem solving, the occasional title issue, survey requirements, easement requirements — and, believe it or not, most of my clients do not come with an unlimited budget. 😂

There are unexpected twists, creative solutions, and plenty of moments where you think, “You seriously can’t make this stuff up.”

Every market is different. Every property is different. And every buyer and seller has different goals.

Would I change it? Absolutely not. ❤️

So naturally, I started wondering…

What would MY real estate show look like here on the beautiful Iron Range?
