Think Mortgage Interest Rates are High? When I became a Realtor, interest rates were 9.0%. I was pleased when they went down to 8.5%. Check out 1985 Mortgage Interest Rates! Land Contracts were prevalent as sellers could only charge up to 11%.

Big Weekend. Have Fun and Be Safe!!!
Here are Grilling Tips for your Safety!
1. If you haven't already done it, check your gas grill for leaks.
2. Wear appropriate clothing - no dangling sleeves or apron strings
near the grill. If your clothing does catch fire, remember to stop,
drop, and roll, to extinguish any flames quickly.
3. Keep a spray bottle on hand.
4. Have a fire extinguisher close by.
5. Only use gas grills outside.
6. Don't use grills on a balcony, or under an overhang. Also, avoid
placing grills too close to combustible deck rails.
7. Keep grills on a level surface more than 10 feet away from the
house, garage, or other structures.
8. Keep children and pets away, also no hanging tree branches
near.
9. Never leave your barbecue grill unattended while in use.
10. Always clean your grill after use.
