Agents, are you feeling stuck in real estate??
Like you’re operating on your own little island?
Like you’re hitting a ceiling on your commission??
We see you.
We don’t think you should have to spend money on an online course to learn what your broker should be teaching you to grow your real estate business.
Here’s where we recommend starting: Find a brokerage filled with great people, AND great training with weekly action items.
This is where The Local Element comes in:
🩵 We hold weekly accountability and training that produces so many great ideas for Agents and provides them with support
🩵 We have a Dues Program to help you manage expenses (ask us about it!)
🩵 We offer sales templates and a tech bundle (that includes Canva Pro)
🩵 Headshots are on us
🩵 There is one brokerage fee (no nickel-and-diming here)
🩵 You’ll have one-on-one access to your broker, at no extra charge!
Plus, we offer an easy transfer process for Agents.
We want to make your move as seamless as possible and have put processes into place to be able to do so.
Tiffany, Sally, or Tom (our awesome brokers) would love to meet over coffee!
