A familiar face to many of us from his tenure here between 2005 and 2018, Matt returns to specialize in Industrial and Investment Real Estate. He brings back incredible expertise, holding both the prestigious CCIM and SIOR designations.

Our team's competitive side came out at the Greater Lansing Food Bank... but it was all for a great cause! We had a blast packing 3.5 pallets of food (about 500 boxes!) for our neighbors. Huge thanks to the GLFB for letting us be a part of the amazing work they do. We're pretty sure we set a new record. 😉

🌟 Celebrating Culture Week at Colliers!

Our team had the incredible opportunity to volunteer with AYA Youth Collective in Grand Rapids. AYA’s mission is to create communities rooted in belonging for youth experiencing instability, empowering them to own their future. Their vision of a society where all youth have support, stable housing, and a sense of belonging resonates deeply with us.

In addition, we collected food and decorated lunch sacks for Kids’ Food Basket, an organization dedicated to ensuring that every child has access to healthy meals. Their belief that food is a right, not a privilege aligns perfectly with our commitment to community support.

To wrap up our week, we enjoyed a refreshing afternoon at Rosa Park’s summer concert series, followed by a delicious meal at a local restaurant.

At Colliers, we believe in the power of community and the importance of giving back. Thank you to everyone who participated and made this week a success! 💙
