The qualified candidate will be handling maintenance requests as they come in, upgrading apartments/houses as needed, rehabbing apartments and doing regular maintenance on a large rental property portfolio located in Big Rapids. Pay will be dependent on experience. Must be a self starter and need limited oversight. Must have experience in building/maintenance trades.

GRAND RAPIDS (WZZM)- The West Michigan region saw a slight decrease in housing sales, but realtors in the city of Grand Rapids have good news. They saw an increase over last year. Housing sales inside Grand Rapids are up three percent.

Thoughts rates were low before...just got off the phone with a lender who quoted an FHA client 3.75% 30 year mortgage! When bond yields drop, so do mortgage rates. The time to refi or buy is NOW!
