🎉 Offer Accepted! 🎉Huge congratulations to my amazing buyers—who also happen to be good friends of mine, on getting their very first offer accepted! We had toured quite a few homes together, and like many buyers in today’s market—they were starting to feel a little defeated. When this one hit the market Thursday night, we knew we had to be the first to see it.
